The Honourable Minister highlighted achievements such as the development of a Suppliers' Directory in order to provide seamless information dissemination to SMEs by sector, by region. the initiative is intended to improve networking amongst businesses, reduce transportation costs and most importantly improve SMEs competitiveness.

Our Chief Executive Officer, Mr Thabo Thamane touched on the agency's collections of the previous financial year (2018/2019) which exceeded expectations by surpassing the collections target of P414 Million and reaching P516 Million.

"This exceptional performance means that we were able to exceed the corporate target by P102 million pula. This does not only reflect on  our commitment as an Agency to becoming financially sustainable but augurs well for the continued sustenance of the revolving development fund for the widened benefit of the nation. This is also in line with our  aspirations of running an entity that endeavours to be self sufficient consequently reducing dependency on Government funding."
