MEDIA RELEASE

“CEDA CELEBRATES CUSTOMER SERVICE WEEK”

16 -20 NOVEMBER 2015

The Citizen Entrepreneurial Development Agency (CEDA) will celebrate its 7th Annual Customer Service Week from the 16th to 20th November 2015 at all 9 of its Client Service Centres across the country. The theme for 2015 is “Keep Calm and Embrace Complaints”.

With this theme the Agency aims to demonstrate the importance of receiving complaints and how important it is for each and every member of staff to handle them correctly and promptly in order to ensure business success and stakeholder confidence.

Customer Service Week is a very important celebration on the CEDA calendar. The objective of the week is for CEDA as an organisation to celebrate its customers by showing them how much we value them.

One of CEDA’s core values is to be Customer Centric, whereby we acknowledge that we exist only to serve our customer base and at all times we will value and be responsive to our customer needs and live by the values of “Botho” in all our interactions.

Throughout the week CEDA will call on its customers and thank them for their contribution to the success of CEDA as an entity. By calling on customers CEDA will be able to build and foster relationships with existing and new customers.

With the theme: “Keep Calm and Embrace Complaints”. The Agency’s expected outcomes are to:

  • Develop and foster relationships with our new and existing customers.
  • Enhance communications CEDA has with our customer base.
  • Make our customers understand that they can depend on us and that we appreciate their challenges and successes in their business ventures.

The week-long event promises to be exciting as we celebrate with our customers old and new. We hope to motivate more Batswana to share their experiences both good and bad. Customers must feel free to visit our various Client Service Centres and receive free CEDA branded merchandise along with ice cold refreshments to beat the current heatwave across the country.
