CUSTOMER SATISFACTION SURVEY

As part of the Citizen Entrepreneurial Development Agency’s CEDA) effort to provide quality service delivery to its customers, the public is informed that a customer satisfaction survey will be conducted during the months of March and April 2016. This survey will be conducted throughout the country and will be targeted at CEDA clients and relevant stakeholders. The research will be conducted by Outsourced Management Solutions (Pty) Ltd.The Agency intends to use the results and recommendations of this study to progress and improve its customer service and related initiatives. The Agency therefore kindly requests for your cooperation when approached by the research team.
