AADFI CHAIRMAN IN UGANDA

The chairman of the Association of African Development Finance Institutions (AADFI) Mr Thabo Thamane is speaking at a round table meeting with the leadership of the Ugandan banking community in Kampala, Uganda. Mr Thamane has honoured an invite by the Uganda Development Bank which is a member of The Association of African Development Finance Institutions, AADFI.

He is sharing on the Botswana experience in funding for development, as well as how DFIs can improve financial inclusion by ensuring responsible lending to the unbanked.

In attendance is the Governor of Bank of Uganda, Deputy Governor of Reserve Bank of Zimbabwe as well as the CEO of the European Organization for Sustainable Development.
