The Agency hereby notifies the Public and Stakeholders of the decision made by the Accounting Officer to consider and approve the tender CEDA 021 / 2025-2026 Provision of Consultancy Services for the Development of Environment, Social and Governance (ESG) Framework for CEDA. 

The Agency shall hereby observe the 10 days cooling off period as prescribed within the Public Procurement Act and Regulations.
