CEDA’s Equity Funding program targets high-potential businesses with strong growth trajectories and meaningful citizen participation. We invest between P4 million and P50 million in companies that meet our rigorous selection criteria, including a sound business plan, capable leadership, and a minimum internal rate of return (IRR) of 25%. By taking a minority stake of 26% to 49%, we maintain a strategic position that allows us to actively support the company without controlling it. Our value creation strategy is built on close collaboration with management, upskilling key staff, optimizing operations, and ensuring a well-planned exit within 5 to 10 years. We offer flexible capital structures, including equity, mezzanine, and debt instruments (when accompanied by an equity position), all tailored to suit the business’s needs while driving growth and long-term impact.
