The Citizen Entrepreneurial Development Agency (CEDA) hosted a Customer Appreciation Day for its clients in the Kweneng region to acknowledge and celebrate the good relationship they have maintained with the Agency over the years. The event was held at Camel’s Inn in Mmopane village, which is one of the lodges that have been funded by CEDA. Present at the event were entrepreneurs from different sectors such as Agribusiness, Services and Property and Manufacturing.

When addressing the customers the Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Lesego Selotate thanked the customers for continuing to service their loans despite the challenges that they come across in their day to day operations. He encouraged the entrepreneurs to continuously improve their businesses as this was one of the ways to sustain and guarantee growth in the business. He further emphasize CEDA’s promise to deliver good service by improving its processes and becoming more efficient in turning around loan applications more quickly. Mr Koontse, who operates a butchery and a bottle store in Mogoditshane said he was pleased with the assistance he received from CEDA, both financially as well as the business advisory that is provided by the Agency. He said that he has seen his business grow from strength to strength and has even increased his instalment amount to reduce the loan period.

Mrs Lesedi, who owns a multi residential complex expressed her gratitude to CEDA and that she has a good relationship with the Molepolole Client Service Centre as the staff provide her with excellent service.
The customers commented on how important it was for them to pay back their loans so as to revolve the fund. They also mentioned the importance of providing business Advisory Services to the clients.
