The Citizen Entrepreneurial Development Agency (CEDA) will be hosting the CEO Forum of the World Federation of Development Finance Institutions (WFDFI) in Gaborone, Botswana, 2-4 November 2016 at the Gaborone International Convention Centre (GICC).
The Forum aims to:
• Discuss current trends in the global Development Finance Institutions (DFI) and development environment;
• Develop closer working relationships among CEO’s and Senior Executives of DFI’s and their stakeholders across the globe
• Share and learn best practices in development financing operations
• Develop and strengthen partnerships for cross-border investment promotion
• Support the effort of promoting inclusive socio-economic development in the continents through global cooperation among DFI’s

In attendance will be the Chief Executive Officers and Senior Management Executives of Association of African Development Finance Institutions (AADFI), the Association of Development Finance Institutions in member-countries of the Islamic Development Bank (ADFIMI), the Association of Development Finance Institutions in Latin America (ALIDE) and the Association of Development Financing Institutions in Asia and Pacific.

Also confirmed to attend are Multilateral Development Finance Institutions (MDFI’s), Officials of African DFI’s Supervisory Authorities, and Government Agencies responsible for promoting sustainable financing for real economic development, Officials of Central Banks, Ministries of Finance, Commercial Banks and other Stakeholders.
