Citizen Entrepreneurial Development Agency (CEDA) invites 100% Citizen owned companies/partnerships/joint venture or consortiums with skills in IT Business Applications development in partnership with certified SAP partners for the Migration of its SAP ECC 6.0 environment to SAP S/4HANA and the provision of Support for a period of three (3) years. The companies in a partnerships/joint venture or consortiums must form a special purpose vehicle (SPV) and the local company must have at least 50% stake in the SPV. In this case the bidder will be the SPV.
