- Proof of land ownership where applicablexii. Business licences
- CEDA Application Form
- Submit a recommendation letter from the Area Co-operative Officer.
- Submit a copy of the limitation of borrowing powers.
- Submit a copy of full minutes that fixed the borrowing powers of the cooperative.
- All other requirements applicable to the type of business (Refer to Services, Agribusiness or Property and Manufacturing Checklists)
