A Co-operative Society is an autonomous association of persons who voluntarily come together to meet their common economic, social and cultural needs and aspirations through a jointly owned and democratically controlled enterprise.

• Curriculum Vitae for all Management Board and Key members of staff
• Detailed Business plan
• 12 months Bank statements
• Proof of land ownership where applicablexii. Business licences
• CEDA Application Form
• Submit a recommendation letter from the Area Co-operative Officer.
• Submit a copy of the limitation of borrowing powers.
• Submit a copy of full minutes that fixed the borrowing powers of the cooperative.
• All other requirements applicable to the type of business (Refer to Services, Agribusiness or Property and Manufacturing Checklists)
