In an effort to keep abreast of CEDA financed clients businesses concerns, the Agency through the Client Relations department and Palapye Client Service Centre invited 80 clients to a business seminar to appreciate their efforts in running successful businesses. The invited clientele ranged from farmers, supermarket owners, butchers, dentists and tyre fitting and repairmen.

He went on to also applaud them for their concerted efforts in ensuring that they kept their businesses afloat particularly in an already difficult business climate. He said that “CEDA only exists through the efforts of clients that ensure they service their loans on time and give feedback on our services, through feedback CEDA is able to continuously offer products that can make business easier and conducive. Mr. Madeswi went on to say that the Agency intends to host more Customer Appreciation Days at all of it Client Service Centres in order to give praise to Clients that remain committed to supporting the Agency through servicing their loans.
