Citizen Entrepreneurial Development Agency (CEDA) invites suitably qualified local and international companies to submit bids for development of an Unstructured Supplementary Service Data (USSD) service to be used by CEDA clients. The service provider will develop the CEDA USSD service that will assist CEDA to grow its existing service delivery channels to improve customer service experience.
