Citizen Entrepreneurial Development Agency (CEDA) invites bids from suitably qualified and experienced companies/partnerships/ joint venture or consortiums registered and operating in Botswana that are 100% Citizen Owned or 100% Citizen Owned with foreign partnerships to submit bids for development of a CEDA Online Banking Solution to be used by CEDA clients. Interested parties should note that the bidding company should be the local 100% citizen owned company.

In the event the submitting/responding company is in a partnership/joint venture/consortium, all the Compliance requirements of this ITT must be submitted for each respective company that makes up the partnership/joint venture/consortium.

The Agency will not accept any response or bid from State Owned Enterprises (SOE) or Parastatals. Furthermore, the Agency will not allow any sub-contracting of solution.
